Sky Glass no live TV but streaming services work fine

I have one of the first Sky Glass TV's, it's been fine since we've had it but this past week live TV suddenly stops and we get a message saying "please wait for your program to load".

All streaming services work fine e.g. Disney plus, Prime, Netflix etc and Sky on demand movies are fine too.

we are connected direct via ethinet, router speed approx 230mbps, Netflix speed is approx 90mbps so no apparent issues with speed..

I have re-booted but the issue came back 30mins or so later, this has been done a number of times.

I have factory reset the TV, the issue came back again.

Ive tryed every combination of removing the plug, waiting 2 mins etc etc but the problem always comes back!

I've turned WiFi off so as not to confuse it with the ethinet.

we are running:

OS 1.3

Build version QS033.014.00P

Hardware model LT055-f2-ant

Any help would be appreciated, only thing I haven't tryed is throwing across the room, which I may try very soon!!!

Have been having exactly the same issue for the past week as well. Netflix, Disney+, prime are perfectly fine but actual television is like yours with the error message. Also have this problem with tv channel apps ie: itvx. We run our sky glass via Wi-Fi. Not had this problem before a week ago

UPDATE- So again, it's happened, what I have realised is that it happens at exactly 21:30 every night, among other times but this is the most notable time..

Nightmare isn't it!! Have you noticed any particular timings? One of ours is 9:30 exactly every night!
