Sky Glass issues

My Sky glass keeps freezing but only on sky channels BBC and ITV work perfect

First thing to to try is either a restart on the settings or pulling the plug completely for a few minutes ....... often clears these type of glitches

I have the same issue on Sky Sports mostly on live sports on HD

What internet speed are you getting on your glass? You can check this by opening the native Netflix app selecting get help and running the network check

Says 75.1 when I do a check using Sky but when I did the Netflix it showed not connected.

How far away is the tv from the router ? Are you connected via WiFi or ethernet ?
