Sky Glass is by far the worst tv in the history of mankind! Something needs to be done about it!

I have had Sky glass for over a year now and it is by far the worst tv ever made. I have made numerous complaints to them and they have done nothing about it! They just palm it off as if nothing is wrong and I'm fed up of it! I have an autistic son that needs routine in his life to help him through day to day tasks, tv programmes are part of that routine and sky glass is constantly failing which caused huge stress on his life and is actually causing him to self harm himself my hitting himself repeatedly as it's breaking his routines! This is all skys fault and I have informed them of this and yet they have done nothing about it! Surely there is something that can be done! This is outrageous!

With respect, Sky is responsible for the product, not any particular domestic circumstances.  Where a product fails the basic consumer protection tests (that it should be as described, of adequate quality and fit for purpose ) then statutory consumer protection rights apply, and those are what you should be pursuing, as calmly as possible, to demonstrate that you have given the supplier more than enough chance to remedy the situation, and that you wish to reject the product.

Because Glass fundamentally has no in-premises 'engineer' attendance, there is realistically little Sky can do to support individual installations in the way they did with their satellite platforms.
