My Sky Glass freezes and I have to turn it off at wall and back on again and it's very frustrating. How do I fix this?

I'd suggest disabling the Wifi in the Glass settings and connecting via ethernet as a test.
The sky streaming platform is prone to issues when the network connection is sketchy and packets are dropped. You may not notice this on other devices as they will all buffer locally so you would likely not notice any small network dropouts.

Connect an ethernet cable between your broadband router and your Glass TV then, on the Network settings menu on Glass, turn WiFi off.
The broadband signal will then be sent directly from your router to the TV via the ethernet cable and will maintain speed and stability much better than WiFi.
