My first year of Sky Glass expires August 30 - it was paid via PayPal. I have checked with them and they are unaware of any 'automatique payment" for renewal.
The first payment was made to what may have been an alias - no Merchant (PayPal terminology) was identified that they could contact. I have the payment transaction # and the alias name from my PayPal account.
The Sky Glass service works perfectly and I am very keen to avoid any disruption because of any payment snags. My PayPal account is up to date. If preferable, I could also pay by credit card.

We are all customers here not sky you need to check your bill on the my sky app and phone them

If it's your viewing package, nothing should change at the end of 12 months. Payments will continue normally, though your subscription price may increase if 12 months marks the end of your discounted term.

Who did you buy the Sky Glass from .... was it new or refurbished .... did you pay for a year of Sky TV subscription in advance???
