Sky Glass and F1

Can anyone share any insights as to what F1 is like now on glass? I was an early adopter and it was initially horrific so I went back to Q. I'm now interested in Glass 2 but the main thing I watch is F1. The issue I had was that if I was 10 mins late for the race start you had to wait for a couple of days until it became available. Is that still the case or can you watch a few mins behind?

Every programme broadcast on a channel has a "watch from start" button so you can start watching from the beginning even if you start a few minutes late.
