My Playlist history has disappeared
All the previously added programmes in my playlist have disappeared. It's only giving option to Manage All or Sky Store Purchases

@GD1 If you can't do it yourself might be worth asking a CM to lock the older thread to save any confusion

I've called Sky and said they do a system update. Made no difference! Useless.

For anyone recently joining this thread who missed my earlier post.
A little work around for the issue. If you go to the manage all button on the playlist it still lists the shows (as a list in alphabetical order) you can use that in the interim whilst Sky fix the issue.
The tracking of what episodes you have watched it also still working on each individual show based on my testing.

Layout change on playlist
i just went onto my play list and I can no longer see a photo with each program title. It now states manage all and I have to click on this and then see all of the program names in a list but no cover photo. I really don't like this new layout! Can I change it back to how it was before?

Hi @Abbi93 it seems it's a larger issue that's being investigated by Sky. Hopefully will be resolved soon.

Playlist selections on Glass have disappeared
I wanted to watch something from a playlist, but none of the programmes I had added over past weeks, were on the playlist, with a message stating "you haven't added anything to your playlist yet"
I have 5 separate playlists for different family members & subjects, strangely an odd few programmes were there but these were ones I had tried to remove a little while ago, but was unable to do so because the "remove" button was not available.
I tried a reboot to see if the playlists would be restored but they weren't.
The TV guide showed that programmes should be on the playlists but the playlists didn't agree.
I experimented by removing a programme from the TV Guide list & then adding it again, but it didn't appear on the playlist when I went in to check.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a solution or do I have reinstate the programmes from scratch. Any advice will be welcomed.

Least I know my kids didn't just delete my lists hopefully will be fixed soon 🤞🙏
