Sky Glass Playlist Not Working
My Sky Glass Playlist has disappeared, along with my wife's and another playlist. When I try and add a programme to my playlist it confirms its done it, but it doesn't show on my playlist. I've tried turning the TV off at the mains, but so far no luck. Very frustrating - any help please

Your post has been merged into this joint Glass/Stream thread on this issue. Sky are aware of the problem. Some customers are stating it's working again for them.,

@Wobdot This is just a glitch which will be resolved soon. When the Playlist returns it will come back with all the programmes that were originally on it. I have never had a problem with removing things from my playlist. If they don't delete in the usual way then go to Manage All and delete from there.
If you are meaning you can't delete from the Continue Watching rail then that is a completely different and frustrating experience.

Playlist is empty,
Our playlists have emptied, even new programmes added over the last couple of days. They are showing in the manage section, but are not available to watch. They were all in the playlists yesterday. Any suggestions other than adding them all again?

My playlist and continue watching rails have now returned.

Customers should start to see their playlists returning, if yours hasn't you don't need to take any action, please be patient and it will return on it's own.

If you go into settings then click on update apps it resolves the issue.

@Fothergill1 thank you! I've had a programme I've not been able to remove in a playlist for months! I never knew you could remove stubborn ones using "manage all"
