Good Evening
I tried to watch Netflix on my Sky Glass TV, when i opened Netflix it says update payment, payment is made via sky so i didnt want to put my details in and pay twice.
I contacted Sky it shows my account is linked so i was asked to contact netflix, i contacted Netflix they said account is not linked i need to contact Sky, so i tried to do some things myself, i refreshed apps, no joy, factory reset TV logged back in, same issue, I then logged into Netflix and cancelled my subscription, i then signed back in and restarted subscription but it is asking for payment details, and the Sky Glass TV is saying i need a sky plan, go to sky to upgrade.
Nobody at Sky or Netflix is able to help so far.
I have since paid Netflix for the basic package while i wait for this to be resolved, as i am not very hopeful after 2 evenings of phone calls to SKY and Netflix.
Thanks for reading, i hope someone has an idea of what to do.

Don't be fobbed off by Sky saying it's a Netflix issue. You subscribe to Netflix through Sky, you are a Sky customer and it is up to them and not Netflix to sort out. This happened to me and Sky refunded my payment to Netflix, they then raised a tech issue and it got sorted after a few days......just keep onto them and remind them that as a Sky customer they must sort it out
