Sky Glass Wifi

Hi All

Hoping someone can help me? I have Sky Glass which only works with Wifi.

When i watch something on catch up and then switch to put a regular channel on it says programme not loading.

I spoke to the team on Friday they informed me my current Sky Wifi speed is 19 and Sky Glass needs to run on at least 25. I asked if they can fix this for me and send me a new wifi box. After being on hold for about 10 minutes i was told that they can not help me and i need to find an alternative wifi provider.

How is this even possible, they supply me the sky glass and the wifi.

Does anyone have any advise?

@Caroliday  A new Hub won;t necessarily resolve your issue.

What is your actual line speed?

Please can you post your router stats so the forum can advise on any issues. This link explains how to do that https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/How-to-find-your-Sky-Broadband-router-stats/td-p/2855717#

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

WiFi is not broadband. WiFi is your broadband connection being sent wirelessly to a device.

Have you tried connecting your Glass TV to your broadband router with an ethernet cable instead?
