Hello,
I purchased my sky glass 65" close to 6 months ago. The remote isn't working, I have replaced the batteries, tried to repair, restarted the TV etc etc & it still isn't working. Can you send me a new one please, it is still under warranty, I only got it 6 months ago.thanks

1) You can order a replacement from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote
2) You can order a replacement from Sky under warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote
3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.
In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.
