Yes - you can watch all shows live.
You will find that for something like Eastenders the playlist will update early in the morning with the latest episode as soon as BBC release it onto IPlayer ( as they put some shows like Eastenders on iplayer before they air on BBC). The same will apply for ITV and ITV X ( although sometimes shows can be slightly delayed going up on ITV X, by a couple of hours after broadcast on ITV).
