My sky glass TV will not turn on. We have followed the instructions multiple times on resetting but still keeps not turning on

Have you checked the fuse in the plug

Yes, the red LED is on in the bottom centre of the TV

Have you tried pressing the standby button on the side of the Glass TV, rather than just through the remote and seeing if that works?
