Hi, has anyone else had this happen to their Sky Glass TV? Last night the TV went into standby mode and this was the result when it was turned back on. I have tried the various resetting suggestions, but, have so far not had any joy. 😞

Yes please. I wasn't particularly happy with my resolution options after speaking to tech support, but, alsonhad the feeling they were out of their depth. I have to admit to being very disappointed with SKY in this occasion.
Thank you for your help though.

@bsog81 was that because the options incurred charges?
Can you share the options offered?

2 years and 3 months, which is incredibly annoying that the TV has developed a fault out of nowhere, so soon after going out of warranty.

In a nutshell I could buy a better and fully functioning TV for the price they quoted for a repair. I am not convinced that the person I spoke to, was the best qualified to try and resolve my issue. I am going to try again tomorrow and see if it speaking to someone else might help. I've been with SKY an oncredibly long time, I just expected better quality of products and service.
