My sky glass has been stuck saying software update in progress for days now.
Sky Glass with Build Version QS024.011.00P

I was already connected via ethernet but I have it seems to have fixed itself now. I reset the connection settings and made sure wi fi was off then turned it off for an hour or so while I was out. Upon turning it back on the message has gone and has updated.

That didn't work unfortunately. Just reset my sky glass and then the same issue is there.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are talking about the "software update in progress" little message that appears when you check the software version in the Settings. Thats a known bug. Sky seemingly have it low on the list of bug priorties to fix. Essentially it will always display that message when you go and check the software version in the settings.
