Sky Glass Remote

Hi,

Anyone else getting the issue where the sky glass remote works for a bit then, stops working, then starts working..

I've changed batteries, reset it, used the other remote I have and same issue.. 

scrolling through channels/apps etc is incredibly annoying when the remote decides it's not going to work..

sound like you need a new remote

try the below or try the link further down to replace the remote under warranty (some users have reorted they have to call sky to replace the remote)

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;
1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
2. Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
3. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
