Nor turning on

My sky glass TV has been stuck flashing red and not turning on at all. I don't understand what issue is in my area because my Wi-Fi is working absolutely fine. If there's maintenance being done we should be notified as I'm quite annoyed.

re booted my glass but of course after completing some updates it just went dead again. Little concerned this may have made it worse if /when it ever works again !

I was holding it for at least 5 minutes and no lights whatsoever so clearly reset process working for some but not others. This is where an update from sky would help

Seeing as people seemed to be able to get the reset working I tried this morning - great news....it's switched on, updated and linked itself to the remote.....not so great news....please use sky.com/activate and type the number on the screen in - shockingly I got an error message so phoned the number they told me and the machine that answered couldn't figure out what I was saying so gave up and will try again later when I get a break in work. Absolute joke 😤

Experiencing the same problem.  Sky Glass dead   Had issues with the puck not working yesteday. Gave up after others reporting the same.

every time I turn it on I get white light flashing and the it eventually goes to the "Check Device Power" screen. with two button options ""Connection Guilde" (hilighted in white) and "source"

Is everyone still having the same issue today? My glass would not turn on at all yesterday just standby light flashing on and off. I've tried all the solutions on skys guides but non work. Same again today it will not come on. I have been trying to call them a couple of times and after waiting for forever on hold it then says about there being no available agents and it cuts me off 😤

The puck box coloured lights come on for about 20 seconds and then no lights remain on, so my TV has no Sky.  How should this fault be corrrected?  Or is there a prblem at Sky itself?

Yes having same issue I tried the reset yesterday it did update and the. Turned of and won't turn back on again this is so annoying

I've got the TV working following tge restart process this morning. But the remote doesn't work and won't reconnect. Annoyingly, I can't even use the old Sky Q remote with it, which has worked in the past.
