Sky glass tv won’t turn on just flashing red light

Does it turn on on the button on the side of the tv ?

Did this issue get solved? Ive followed the thread but mine just goes back to flashing after trying all of the above.

If you've tried the troubleshooting then you'll need to ring Sky. If your Glass TV is still under warranty and has developed a fault then they will replace it. If it is not under warranty then you'll either need to pay for a repair or buy a new TV.

Sky glass tv won't turn on red light just keeps flashing

Our Sky Stream Puck will not turn on. I've followed all the steps in the online guide and checked remote batteries, cable connections etc. I've also switched both the puck and the TV off and on again multiple times. When I hold 4 and 6 it did look to be resetting as the coloured lights on the puck were flashing. But it doesn't seem to have made any difference. Currently on hold with Sky, but does anybody have any other suggestions? Much appreciated.

Hello I've tried this. My tv doesn't turn on from the button on the side of the tv and the tvs red light at the bottom is still flashing. The issue is my dad gave me the tv as a gift and I don't talk to him anymore and I don't have contact with him. I need some advice as I can't really do much about it.

I'm having the same problem it's really annoying it just flashes won't even let me hold down the 4&6 does nothing I've tried hard resetting it the logo appears on the screen then goes off again it's so annoying

My sky glass tv is 3 years old, today it won't turn on and the red light won't even appear, I know the plug is fine as the sky camera right light is coming on just nothing for the tv any one any tips, when I turn off and on while holding the power button the screen comes on, resets then all goes off again
