I have 3 pucks upstairs 2 working fine and main sky glass is fine (hope I am not jinxing it)  and one now 100% knackered. Tried everything restart holding button down same time as switching on held it down for over 10 mins. Restart not holding button in. Pressing button repeatedly. Shouting at it. Cursing at it. And nothing has worked. Only thing I not done is thrown it and if I do that sky will blame me for the reason it not working.  Xx

Your not talking to Sky. We are fellow customers like yourself. If you wish to complain you need to speak to Sky by following these steps: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Do you mean, turning off and holding the power button?

 

I would say I've tried this 30 times. 
i can do the 7&9 remote but.

then onto "network" 

it can see my WiFi but fails when I put the password in. I've tried this and WPS button dozens of times.

"connection to broadband rooter X"

" connection to internet X"

 

WiFi's working fine on everything else

I had this issue, resolved by connecting via an ethernet cable, and then once software downloaded and system recovered, WiFi worked as normal.

Sky stream not workinh last two days when will it be fixed

I'm am paying for Sky TV and it has not been working the last two days.

I know there is a technical error when will this be fixed??. Paying for a service and can't use it this is unacceotable.

Stream won't turn on

For 2 days now my Sky Stream won't come on. At first the white comes on, but nothing on the TV. Then the light flashes for a bit... 10 secs, then goes off, and it won't come on again unless I turn off at the plug. 

I've done the hold 4 & 6 thing, held the power button whilst off and turning on again until the flashing coloured lights. Tried a different plug socket... blah blah blah

I think the puck is buggered - anyone had a similar problem and got round it please?

Sky Glass will not switch on

I've tried different plug sockets and kept my finger on the standby button for around 20 minutes on each plug and it still won't switch on.....

My 2 year warranty came to an end in April this year and today the TV has just stopped working!!! Very frustrating!!

@lettice @Chloe240  I tried the instructions you kindly gave but I'm afraid it doesn't ever bypass the enter PIN page. I tried turning the puck off and on several times. Then I tried rebooting the puck but still no joy. I just can't get past the enter PIN page even though I "reset" PIN after entering last 4 digits of payment method.  I've also reset my PIN online through my SKY account details. @lettice if you have any other help or tricks to try that would be so appreciated. I can't believe SKY don't have a solution available online, and zero customer service.

I've given up.

 

I'm on the phone to them but I suspect I'll just be given the spiel that's already been given to you other customers.

 

Just can't get past the 'link your account' screen.  No amount of holding buttons in or pairing remotes is going to fix this issue.  I'll see if they can fix this instead.

 

But remember we have Sky Go 😊👍

 

Thought I was going to miss the Singapore GP but unlike their TVs, Sky broadband is working fine.  Shame I had to watch it on my iPad but hey, better than nothing 🇬🇧🏁
