I'm not sure the cold, abrasive and borderline rude messages from the Sky "super user" community is helping right now.
being told we might be entitled to 50p compensation isn't particularly helpful or useful.

Been on the phone for 1hour 38 minutes, selected sky glass options, got through to someone who doesn't deal with sky glass, got put back in a queue... it's now 20:11pm - do I just hang up?

Why are all the outage discussions being locked down, we are all annoyed that we are paying for something we are not getting tonight. No one from Sky has told us what's going on, can someone please respond instead of locking the thread down and frustrating us even more. Currently sat by myself in a silent room cos I got no TV, thanks for nothing.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Bulldogbaby They are not "being locked down" they are being merged into an existing thread that is discussing the same issue, otherwise we'd literally have 100's of individual threads on the same subject.

Had sky glass for 6 months with no issues. Tonight my son said the TVs not working. Tried everything and online suggests reset by pressing 4 & 6, turning tv off then hold standbye button and turn back on. I thought happy days as finally some lights and screen come up saying updating software...when finished screen just goes blank and tv turns off again. This happens on repeat throughout the day
