I have just checked my puck upstairs  and all working fine, tv turned off for 10mins and turned it back on no problems,  if you get a virus on a computer  or laptop  that get through  your anitvirs software  then you usually  have a similar  problem  with  trying  to turn them on, they either  will not turn on at all or turn on for a few seconds  and turns off again

 it's not happening in my non-sky glass tv with sky puck so definitely a problem with sky glass receiving Sky

So mine is down aswell I tried unplugging the Ethernet and turning off the WiFi router to see if I can still use the tv for a fire stick etc but all it does is want to connect to a internet source and then try and perform an update.

 

It then 100% completes the update but then just goes back to being off with the red light blinking. So I've not had any luck in even being able to use the firestick

I have reset the sky glass it has installed an update and now it still won't switch on. I only went on holiday for two weeks and now it won't work it's been 1 hour since the update was installed. Only had it 8 months and I'm sick of it already. The stream is out of sink with programs so the mouth moves then you hear the voice.

I cancelled my WiFi and streaming services a few months back, use the sky glass as a smart tv - now I can't even use that. Cancelled after 8 years as a customer because the service from sky is awful, their products are overpriced and faulty. I CANT EVEN USE MY TV WITHOUT THEIR SUBSCRIPTION. 🙃

I have stream and same problems, hard day at work, just wanted to stick the box on and mindlessly watch a bit TV, won,t load starts up then crashes, now on a constant loop starts up every 2 minutes then crashes 20 seconds later, soooo frustrated, nothing to tell us what's going on or how long it will be down. Paying for nothing here, been with Sky a month

Same issue here too in Norfolk, hopefully sky will be compensating us for surprise surprise another issue, it spends more time being problematic than actually working properly, can't wait to get rid of sky glass, completely s##t

My Sky glass is the same yet everyone zip know that has glass says theirs is working. I'm in Morayshire.
