I have the same problem, I've tried turning it off and on and resetting it but it still isn't working.

I have sky glass and I have had no tv for 3 hours, and still no update on when it's going to be back up and running.

After doing a reset, I can't even connect to my account because there's an error message.
What a total lump of s**t.
I have been thinking of cancelling my subscription altogether, so now this has made my mind up.
Whoever designed the software and UI needs sacking. It's the Windows version of Vista!!!
Personally I think Sky Stream is great.

Seems to be a national issue. our Sky Glass has been down since 3pm. Spent nearly an hour hanging on phone to Sky technical and eventually they confirmed it is a Sky issue and they are looking for a fix. using the recommended unplug and reconnect using the standby button. Got Sky logo and red light but then screen went black. Tried later and got logo but no lights and they advised just leaving it plugged in and it will reset. 8pm and still nothing.

@Daniel0210 The principle still stands whether they confirm the reason or not. And if they're not telling us, why not? Why aren't they being open and transparent with the paying customers. It's not like it's a cheap service we all pay for

Thanks for keeping me up to date here. First time I've had any problems with the puck - so thought it was odd. Did the reset 5 or 6 times and then found the engineering message.
I'm not complaining because Sky has been has been solid and stable by and large for many years. However I get notifications for everything else and it would have saved time and wasted effort if they'd just sent an email to me about this problem.

I'm glad I come on the forum. I'm surprised to see so many people with the same issue 😕

My TV won't turn on at all. I've changed the batteries in the remote, switched it off and on again, unplugged it and in a different socket.
Not sure what to do. Remote is lighting up but TV won't turn on

6 pucks in the house and all being naughty in one way or another.... Netflix and Amazon seem to be able to operate without these sorts of issues!
Now I'm going to have to spend an evening talking to my family!!!
Come on Sky pull your fingers out...

It's a technical issue, they are working on it.

Well I've had no TV all evening, puck won't load, joined from Virgin a month ago and starting to think I made a big mistake. A message on my sky stating problems but go online and it states no issues. Now paying for a service I can't use

We had a momentary power cut and now sky glass tv will not turn on even though red light is pulsing. Bedroom tv isn't glass but is working normally. My sky tells me there is an outage in my area. Anybody else similarly affected?
