not sure why you need to call Sky when Sky are reporting it's a known issue that is being investigated.
Thats the purpose of Skys service checker , it will show you if there are any reported issues so only makes sense to phone if nothing is reported ( which in this case the issue was reported on the service checker a few hours ago).

Sky glass tv is flashing red on the power light, just goes light then dim. Whole screen is black and won't display anything. Have unplugged everything, left it 2 minutes and tried turning it on but no change

2 hours now with no Sky Glass and no information from Sky! What a joke.

As some very helpful people have posted, the issue seems nr country wide, after the last Sky update... and they're trying to sort it. Don't think there's any point in staying on the phone to try and get more info (as a couple of people here have been able to get through, to be told 'It's a technical issue after the last update & we're trying to resolve it'.
Remember, treat Sky associates on the phone the same way you would like to be treated, as it's certainly not their fault.

Hello everyone,
I am having the same issues as everyone by the look of it. I've only had the puck 6 days and was in the middle of watching something when it all just stopped. I can't get any further than the Sky logo with the 'no signal' .... none of the buttons on the remote work. I've tried everything. I attempted to ring Sky to talk to someone but was in a queue for 40 mins before hanging up. I think I will be returning the equipment long before my free month is finished. Very disappointing.

Sky glass Tv - red led flashing and not turning on. The puck is working on a tv in another room but why is the sky glass not working, as my Sky internet connection is fine??
