Sky Glass Muffled Sound

Hi, We have had Sky Glass for about 6 months now and part of teh sound is muffled on certian channels, a great example is that i am watching cricket now on Sky Sports, all of teh sound is fine apart from the comentry and they sound liek they are under water 

Aniother example is films on Sky Cinema or Netflix, the non talking sounds are fine but again the actors sound like they are under water 

I have tried switchign the TV on and off 

Any suggestions?

The 'fix' for Glass audio issues is to log a fault with Sky and have the television set swapped out if it's within the two year warranty period. There's nothing which can be done in software or through restarts to remedy a physically defective speaker driver.
