Sky Glass Live TV Subtitles

Just got my Sky Glass tv today can't get the subtitle to appear. Switched subtitles on in Settings, they don't appear on any channel. Turned them on via the 3 dots on the remote they don't appear that way either. Ive tried  the pulling the plug and putting it back in in a few mins then waiting 4 mins to turn on the tv still no subtitles. I'm deaf and subtitles are essential for me. Otherwise the Sky Glass is just an overpriced picture display for me 🙈

As the USP selling of Sky Glass TVs in the integrate speakers for improved sound quality and little else?

Perhaps a less expensive better quality Smart TV with a Sky Puck should be considered... if you can't get the subtitles working!

Just to update after reading through the forum, did a factory reset on Sky Glass then voila the subtitles appeared on live tv. Happy days
