Sky Glass HayU

[1933G]

Hi, I haven't been able to use Hayu on sky glass at all today.  It's working fine on my iPad.

When I go into the app on sky glass, it isn't loading properly and none of the controls work.  All the other apps are fine, it's just Hayu.

ive switched the tv off and on again and nothing seems to fix it.

Anyone else experiencing this issue today?

Mine is working now.  Today is the first time I've been able to get onto it since I posted.

Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes before plugging back in ?

also there's a refresh app option in the settings but this can take several hours to complete in the background

Hi, 

out sky glass isn't opening up Hayu app. Nothing is working when we press on to it. We have tried to restart the tv but still no luck. My account is up to date and paid for so not too sure why this isn't working?

I have the same issue. I either get a black screen and it won't load at all or I get the homepage and the remote buttons won't work. This is happening regularly

It happening on a regular basis, I'm finding over the last 7-10 days it's happening every 2 days.  When it's happens I can't watch it for at least 24 hrs.  Nothing fixes it apart from switching the sky glass tv off.  Something else I've noticed that happens is if you pause a programme, an error comes up and then you can't get it back in.  Black screen like you said or the controls just don't work.  It's starting to get frustrating.  It never happened like this before.

Having problems accessing App it works sometimes but on the whole I click on the app and it does not load 

I have refreshed the apps and turned it off 

any suggestions??

Same issue. And also same issue with 4.
