I have had Sky Glass and Sky Stream for more than a month now and I had to unplug the TV twice as it says that programe are still loading then froze over .It has happened as well on my Sky Pucks or Stream . There have Frozen a few times as well , I'm starting to regret switching over . My WiFi is with Sky as well , So it should work fine .Do I have to contact Sky ? Or Is this something else . Thank you for your help community.

Your broadband may be with Sky but that doesn't guarantee you'll be able to use Glass and Stream successfully over WiFi. Both services rely entirely on you having fast and stable broadband, preferably of above 30Mbps in speed. The system is server based so the network connection needs to be consistent otherwise you'll get freezing and network errors. If there is any interference on your WiFi signal then this can reduce the speed and cause such errors as you are experiencing.
To find out what actual speed is being received by your devices, run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app on your TV and puck.
