Recently had Sky Glass delivered and when it came to:
Unbox and tidy: We’ll take your TV into the room of your choice, unbox it, assemble the TV stand and take away the packaging to be recycled
the delivery team told me they don't take the packaging away, or assemble the stand, as most people return them. This meant I had to do it by myself and it's not the lightest of TV's. Anyone else get the same advice? Think Sky need to consider who delivers their products as this doesn't look good on them.

Submit a formal complaint to Sky using the link at the bottom of this page ... and request a good will suspension of one months subscription payment as compensation🤔

"Most people return them"
Interesting. Whether it's true or not, if Sky are advising their delivery company to tell customers to keep hold of the packaging in case of return, then they need to update their delivery information advice.
If, on the other hand, you've just had some lazy delivery people who can't be bothered to do their job then you should contact Sky and complain.
