Sky Glass: Black screen with sound playing in background

The screen on my Sky Glass TV is a blue black colour when turned on but we can hear the tv and change the channels. We just can't see anything! 

We've tried rebooting, resetting, switching off at the mains, checking internet cables but to no avail. It definitely seems like a screen issue but I've no idea how to resolve it
