Sky Glass Black Screen of Doom Issue - Compensation?

I note from Kevin, the Sky Community Manager, that this issue has now been fixed and he has locked the thread for further posts.

 

It's a shame he has done that before a) we've had a chance to ask if this fix rollout has been issued to everyone already, b) told us how are Sky going to compensate those affected by this issue for over two months of service disruption and c) what the update version number is so we know what to look for in our Settings to see if we've received it or not?

 

Sky Q customers got a choice of a free movie from Sky Store (though it was a limited selection I believe from customer posts) for a 24 hour disruption. [Removed]

 

Simply locking the thread is not enough to close this matter. I am unhappy with experiencing this issue given the price I pay for the viewing experience (Glass TV loan price and Ultimate TV with Sky Sports, so not cheap) and this matter is not closed.

 

I have contacted Sky directly to ask what they will offer by way of compensation [Removed]
