Sky Glass 55inch Build QS023.010.00P Software update in progress 2 days

Any suggestions from the community please? We have had glass for 5 weeks + 1 puck which were both great.Glass running directly via Ethernet and puck initially installed via Ethernet speeds in excess of 129MBS via ethernet and wifi excess of 500MBS. Clicked software update and since had issue after issue blue screen / loading programme / changing channel / turning off / voice control not working / tv not coming on when sensing movement. We've done the manual reset after the two days thanks to the community comments Build now reads QS024.011.00P😀 Fingers crossed Glass is now  ok. However all the same issues with the puck which is reading the older build reference. Any ideas on how to resolve?

@Signman1971 @You can't force a software update as Sky roll these out in batches.

 

 

the forcing terminology is just used for those units where the update has got stuck and stopped midway though, and is essentially a way to restart the download and installation process on it.

 

The stream puck latest update hasn't been rolled out for all units yet (indeed it was rolled back just before Xmas to those units that had been upgraded), due to reported issues. In all likelihood the puck will auto update within the next several weeks once Sky resume the rollout on the stream pucks and once your puck is included

It's worth noting that sky updates are rolled out in batches and can't be forced by the user 

 

the only time an update can be forced is when the device is on an older firmware than the current eg if you purchased a used model that hadn't been switched on for a while

Thanks @MarkGoldsmith @Jporch316 for the quick response! Does anyone know what Build no is the most up to date? Glass system still glitchy although not quite as bad, which is not great,  no change obviously  with the puck. I'm thinking to leave the Glass disconnected from the power source overnight ? Other than that I'm out of ideas and will need the support of SKY directly. Most frustrating🤬!!!
