Sky Glass 2 - way too bassy, how to turn down the bass??

Had the Glass 2 for 4-5 days now, and its just way too bassy and the option to turn on/off the enhaned bass makes no difference at all.

I've gone through the different viewing options and they are about the same except Music but this makes the sound REALLY **bleep** like listening to someones phone on loudspeaker.  Its becoming really difficult to watch anything, every time someone says the letter P, or there is some background music its an assault on the the senses, and our neighbour  We only have it on low volume too.

@MooMike Not a great deal we can do for you. All I can suggest is playing around with the Custom Settings in the Picture and Sound section of the Glass settings. Maybe turn on Enhance Speech Quality too if you haven't already done so.

If you can't get it the way you want them you are within your cooling off period but there is a £25 collection fee to pay if you do exercise your right to cancel.
