Sky Cinema subscription access gone after after grading to SkyGlass

Upgraded Sky Cinema yesterday and today upgraded to SkyGlass - Have seen today that we have lost our subscription to Sky Cinema and asking to re-register/subscribe

 

How do we get around this as I am not paying twice for Sky Cinema

What was your previous Sky product? Was it Q or have you added Glass to your Stream account? What does my Sky show you as being as being subscribed to?

We are going from Sky Q to Glass - But SkyGlass being deliverd Thursday (Monday today) and are getting Sat signal issues and SkyCinema isnt available - even though it shows up in my portal
