Skipping to end of programme when skip ads

I pay for the skip ads feature, but every time I click the final skip ads to watch the last section of the show, it skips to the end of thr programme (which has ruined the outcome of more than one episode!). Has anyone had this problem or know how to resolve?

Is this one particular show or constantly? Do you have sky glass or stream ?

Thank you - I don't watch loads of different shows on sky, so I can't say for certain but it's happened a few times when I've been watching landscape artist of the year. I have sky stream.

There's a new update for stream being rolled out qs035. Hopefully that will solve it as it has some fixes for lip sync and watch from start issues

if not it may be attributed to that particular show which if it's the case you can contact viewerR@sky.uk who have the ability to fix programme meta data

@Laura92m I have not noticed any further issues with Watch from Start since I received the QS035 update a few days ago 🤞
