So we've all got Discovery+ now as a freebie from Sky, and according to the support section on the Discovery+ website, it can be viewed on up to four devices simultaneously.
I can't however, find anywhere either on the Sky or Discovery+ websites, about whether these devices have to be in the same household. I can certainly view Discovery+ on my mobile whilst away from home so presumably there is nothing stopping me from setting up a new profile on my account and giving my mother, who lives in Scotland, my login details so she can download the app to her TV and make much more use of the service than I ever will.
Does anyone have any clear info about Discovery+ account sharing? Would Sky care? Presumably Discovery+ would care, but would they bother checking? Somehow I doubt it.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@SlenderRobert if you read the contract you agree to use of your Sky TV services only at the residential address registered with Sky and from my reading those TV services include apps which are part of the service. Sky Go is covered by a separate agreement. Discovery+ may have additional requirements.
As a general point this forum is not the place to discuss bending or breaking Sky's contracts. 😉

Thanks @Chrisee - I'll stop trying to break the law now! 😁
Does it mean that anyone who pays for Netflix Premium via Sky (as I do) and watches Netflix on their phone on the train on the way to work is technically breaking the t's and c's too???

Find out more@SlenderRobert probably not as Netflix allow simulatesnous use on up to 4 of your devices, However offering the log in to someone living elswhere would I suspect be against both Netflix and Sky's contracts. Netflix have said they are cracking down on account sharing and introducing an extra charge for people who want to. I have no idea whether you are bound by Sky's contract terms or Netflix's or both if you buy the premium top up via Sky.
In practice loads of people do share accounts and some services turn a blind eye. Sky get quite upset if you do though and presumably have ways of stopping you sharing pucks etc
