Did the details match yours when you set up the puck? If on the home screen you scroll down and go in to 'my sky' does everything look as expected. As the pucks are loaned to you, it might not be brand new, however it should have been fully factory reset and tested before being sent out. You can factory reset it, but you will need to go through the linking procedure etc again ( if indeed you did).
Information from other sky platforms (e.g Q) doesn't move move to Stream / Glass in any event. Also there is a bit of a bug where it marks some items as watched or appears in your continue watching rail, but this should only be an odd episode not everything in a series.

I managed to get it sorted and linked after a factory reset but still showing the whole series as watched so every episode starts at the very end and just ends 2 seconds later, I then have to go back in and start it again and it starts from the start of the episode. Not a great start with the new puck which is a shame. I might have to raise another fault with sky again to see what is going on.
