Now my picture looks like the TVs have blown mass rainbow of colours across the screen
after few mins it goes off tv comes back on sound drops picture keeps goin then picture freezes sound carries on

Turned hub max off all TVs off waited 3 mins turned hub back on waited till it finished rebooting then turned sky glass back on
tried different channels still not working sound drops picture carriers on then picture carries on sound drops off
then freezes and get rainbow screen

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@DJ+Marshy Seeing as a reboot didn't fix the issue It sounds as though your Glass TV has developed a fault. If it is less than 2 years old it is still covered by the warranty. Give Sky a call to discuss some troubleshooting and is necessary a replacement.
If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

So Iv just rang sky they can see it's my internet that's the problem it's dropping out
so I said I was told the hub max shouldn't do this
coz I have hub max they sending max booster if they don't work need ring and get someone come out

Having a Max Hub (or any other 'better' router) cannot prevent an external fault causing a broadband connection to drop.

37.8Mbps is not fast enough for a Glass TV & 2 pucks to function simultaneously with any stability.

Then you're most likely going to have problems with Sky's streaming services until you can get fibre.
If you can have a dish installed then you may be better off with Sky Q. There's no reliance on fast and stable broadband with it.
