Re: Screen looks blown
Doesn't sound good. Have you tried the usual switch off at the plug for a few minutes?

Re: Screen looks blown
@DJ+Marshy Seeing as a reboot didn't fix the issue It sounds as though your Glass TV has developed a fault. If it is less than 2 years old it is still covered by the warranty. Give Sky a call to discuss some troubleshooting and is necessary a replacement.
If Sky is you mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

Re: Screen looks blown
@DJ+Marshy In that case it is only 18 months old so it is still covered by warranty. Give Sky a call to discuss 😀

Having a Max Hub (or any other 'better' router) cannot prevent an external fault causing a broadband connection to drop.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

37.8Mbps is not fast enough for a Glass TV & 2 pucks to function simultaneously with any stability.

Then you're most likely going to have problems with Sky's streaming services until you can get fibre.
If you can have a dish installed then you may be better off with Sky Q. There's no reliance on fast and stable broadband with it.
