Screen black and says loading but just sound

I've done all the normal switching on and off.  Also the system mgt reboot but still no joy

Have tried  unplugging  the tv  for  about 30 minutes  and see if that does anything  ? You may need to ring sky  and  talk  to  the technician  team

@Rhi11 I had the same issue a few days ago on my Gen Two set. I had to speak to Sky Technical Support who talked me through a hard reset of the TV. Touch wood, the issue has not happened since.

Don't let them fob you off by saying it's an internet issue, it isn't. If it was you'd lose sound and picture not just picture. 

It appears this is happening to a fair few customers in the past week so the more people that report it directly to Sky the better.
