Just looking at the channel listings but sci-fi channel isn't included in my subscription package everything else is included gone to subscription many thanks is this not included in the package

@Jonathan85 it should be on channel 116 or (117 if in wales)

@Jonathan85 As per @SKY1992bf you should see Sky Sci-Fi on 116 (117 in Wales)

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
