Says I’ve no network connection

My glass to says I've no network connection even though on my mobile phone my broadband is 150 mbps

Hi @Mcgrath86 

 

Has it been previously connected to your WiFi? Try powering off at the mains for a few minutes or follow the on screen instructions to rejoin to wifi.
