Same question getting asked re Paramount Plus asked but Sky ignores it

Can someone PLEASE answer this question which has been asked multiple times but ignored?

I get a message saying "You're all set.  Good news, you already have Paramount+.  You just need to open the app and sign in to start watching." 
I launch the app.  The screen shows I'm signed in but it says "there is no active subscription on this account."

So I'm being told to sign in, then that I'm signed in and that I'm "All set" and to launch the app but am going round in circles because the programmes aren't showing up.

@59kirbyroad what happens if you try to log-in to paramount plus on a different device?

 

also have you tried re-linking your sky account with Paramount Plus, as that error would indicate that the linking hasn't happened (which isn't neccessarily a sky issue as it requires a third party system and paramount plus to both function correctly to link an account, along with the Sky end).
