SKY GLASS - Black screen when loading netflix

Hi All

 

Just had Sky Glass delivered recently. Netflix wont load. It just appears with a black screen. Not very impressed with the whole set up upto now

Try rebooting the TV by unplugging it for a couple of minutes.

 

If that doesn't help you can get an app refresh Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.

 

Also are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet to your network?
