Has anyone spoken to a human at Sky lately? How did you manage it and why do they make it impossible?

It does indeed, however the phone is not answered and I spend a boring hour listening to music. As I say really really poor customer neglect

I have phoned Sky on four occasions in the last couple of months (about replacement remotes) and after I have answered a couple of automated questions the longest I have had to wait before speaking to someone is 5 minutes. The other 3 times were all less than a minute.

Hmm really, It took me 40 minutes then I was transferred and waited another 10 minutes on hold a second time before Sky's tactic worked and I ran out of time and patience. I repeat myself - rubbish product - rubbish service, I intend to take this up with trading standards and possibly my MP.
