Hi, often when pausing or attempting to skip adverts by fast forwarding my sky glass will crash and even switch itself off. It frustrates the life out of me. The program I was watching may now have ended and I can't get it back unless I'm lucky enough to find it on catch up. If it's not on catch up, I've lost it!!! Seriously annoying!
any advice please?

Were you using Watch from Start?, because there's an issue with it, if you try & FFW ,RW or pause whilst in that mode & the program has ended transmission, it will lock up or go back to the beginning, Sky are aware but nothing sends to get done to resolve it.
We were watching Celebrity Chase yesterday, was on at 5pm, we didn't come into it until 5.20pm, started Watch from Start, it was fine until after 6pm when the program has ended, tried to Pause it, It locked up, had to go into itvx to find it, luckily it was there, not ideal but that's the only way at present, it's the same Sky Stream boxes as well.

Sounds the same not happy. For what we paying sky glass is pants. Wish we stayed with the old system

Hi, I'm glad it's not just me. I get really frustrated with it, especially if the program is no longer available to watch. Our experience is exactly the same. Ringing Sky is a task in itself, just hope someone within sky is working on a fix.

The good news is that this problem will be fixed in the next software release, which is QS35, which has started to roll out. You can check the version that you are on by going to Settings > System Management > System Info > Build
