Reset TV and now there is no app on the display

Last night, I reset Sky Glass TV, and later, I could not see any apps on display. I used TV only for Playstation, YouTube, and Netflix (using my account). I do not have any subscriptions with SKY. Now it says to connect and link the account with some code. I am just wondering why I can´t see the apps?? Do I have to purchase a subscription??? i do not want any stream from sky but only use the TV .

@Rocky2  Factory reset unlinks the tv from an sky account completely it needs to be linked to account in order to use apps even though you don't have a subscription 

 

you would need to contact sky directly to link again

thanks i will call tomorrow and ask to activate the apps, i do not want any subscription from sky but only like to watch youtube and use my netflix account
