I have requested for a replacement remote. Had the email to say it would be reviewed and then a text message to say it was on its way and to allow 48 hours for delivery, this was on Tuesday, still not remote.
Anyone else experienced delays in this?
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.
Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

All resolved now, new remote is here
Sky Air 43" in bedroom
LG 65" TV with Puck in spare room.
Broadband with Seethelight as on new build estate that does not support Sky.

Hi @Reevo87 Hopefully you won't have the same experience that I did as I had to phone and request a new remote 3 times before I actually received one. Admittedly this was a couple of years ago so hope they have improved the process now.

are there any tracking details in your my sky app ?
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M350 hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.
