I've been on to remove Sky Movies and Sky Sports from my account as we don't use them. I've unselected them and then logged off. When i log back into my account they are shown as active again. I've done this three times now. Why is this happening? Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your in contract it won't let you remove them, it says "your currently in contract" where the remove button should be. (Well that's what I see in the app).
@tttyyyppoorr is this via the app or via the website? Have you completed the 'checkout' process too? I.e. when you click remove and it asks you are you sure, it then updates your basket.
You then have to click on your basket and checkout for the packs to be removed. You should get email confirmation and in the app you will see a 'Yours untill xxxx' with the date your packs will end.
