Remote

Hi, my batteries have leaked again in my remote and it is now not working correctly.

This is a customer helps customer forum. If the batteries were not the ones included in the remote, this would be accidental damage and you would need to buy a remote from Amazon. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

 

If the batteries were the ones that the remote shipped with, you should be covered by warranty. You can order a replacement here: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

 

Or you can call Sky customer service.
