Was sat there and big spark blow out Ov the remote I've got photos Ov it all burnt and now I Caint get me sky on a need a new remote

3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.
In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.

You can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote In the meantime if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

Please tell Sky that this has happened. They need to be made aware that these remotes are potentially dangerous.
