@Phil833   1) You can order a replacement from Amazon: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/damaged-or-lost-sky-glass-remote

2) You can order a replacement from Sky under warranty: https://www.sky.com/help/forms/streaming-tv-remote

3) Or you can call Sky Customer Service to order a replacement.

In the meantime, if you still have any Sky Q kit, you can pair your Q remote.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Phil833  This phenomenon has been reported before in a number of incidents.  Hopefully it didn't cause any damage to your furniture.

You can request a replacement at the following link: Streaming TV replacement remote In the meantime if you have one available you can use a Sky Q remote while you wait for a replacement.

Please tell Sky that this has happened. They need to be made aware that these remotes are potentially dangerous.

Hi @Phil833,

Sorry to hear that, this most definitely should not happen. Have you reported this to my colleagues in the contact centre yet?
